Hathersage Open Air Swimming Pool, Oddfellows Road, Hathersage
It will be December so it will be time to unleash my Christmas repertoire alongside some favourite singalong numbers. All for the brave souls enduring the cold to swim along to my appearance on the wonderful Bandstand at the pool!
We will ring the changes a little after our appearance the previous night at The Tap House and play a largely acoustic set at Bailey's - another new venue for us. Really looking forward to it (the picture shows Stuart and I playing acoustically at The Green Man a few months back)!
Looking forward to a rocking night at this venue - we haven't done it as RS yet (although Eric and I have done played there a few years back as Blue John). Good beer and great music!
British Music Experience, Liverpool, Cunard Building, Liverpool Pier Head, Liverpool
As you may know I co-produced the debut solo EP by Icicle Works bassist Chris Layhe. This is a short, free event/gig to launch the gig. I will be playing 8 or so numbers in support of Chris (adding guitar and a little backing vocal). (Responsible) Stuart Bootle will also be there with some great keyboard embellishments!
I am really happy to be adding guitar to a couple of Dave's numbers and a whole five of Emma's!
Annual Market of local musicians and artisans. A Seasonal Dickensian theme. I will play some favourite covers and originals. I'll have some of my CDs for sale with 50% sales going to Disasters and Emergencies fund. It's FREE to attend and a fun event!

The Green Man Gallery, Hardwick Hall, Hardwick Square South, BUXTON
Looking forward to doing a solo set as well as backing up a set by Icicle Chris Layhe (pictured). Responsible Stuart Bootle will also be helping us out on keyboards. The times of each set are not yet finalised so watch this space for updates. You want to be there at 6pm to catch all the fun and music anyway! Music also coming from pianist Tim Mottershead. Oh, and IT'S FREE!
Responsibly Sauced return to the scene of their debut gig (last February).
Playing with Responsibly Sauced as part of a multi-act show to celebrate the Christmas Lights being switched on. It's still November, though, so we won't be doing anything Christmassy - Humbug!! Guest drummer Matthew Holder will be sitting in for unavailble Eric Culbert.
Whaley Bridge Canal Wharf, Transhipment Warehouse, Canal Street, Whaley Bridge
Loads going on - music, food, drink, stalls. Hopefully the weather will be good! I'm playing for around 45 minutes with a mix of covers and originals. Wx
Blues and bluesy-rock from Will Hawthorne (g), Eric Culbert(d), Stuart Bootle(k) and Adrian Sherwood(b). A couple of Will's own compositions will be featured among classics from John Mayer, Robert Johnson, The Animals et al.
Returning to this venue with the lads - Adrian (pictured), Eric and Stuart. Hope you can make it!
The Green Man Gallery, Hardwick Hall, Hardwick Square South, BUXTON
